New Resolutions in 2012

McCurley Family and Friends,

As you are all well aware, the start of a new year is often accompanied with new resolutions and goals. After a great year in 2011, we feel motivated to reflect on the great events that happened and the memories we all shared at our many offsite events, BBQ's, costume contests, cook-offs, our great competition between stores and most importantly getting to know our audience better through facebook, twitter and other social media platforms.

After a great Spring and early summer offisite event, we had a rockin time at our Rock N' Roll sales event in August. We had some beautiful weather, and although it was hot, we had a great time handing out free goodies and prizes to our awesome customers!!

Then in October we had our annual Octoberfest Sales Event which was a blast as well! We saw and met a record number of customers and this time, we had heaters to warm us up in the tent. Our Halloween decorations were up and this year we're going to bring out the fog machine!!

Our last big event of the year was our Final Year End Clearance Sale, which involved a competition between our three stores: McCurley Integrity Dealership, McCurley Honda, and Mercedes-Benz of Tri-Cities, and our McCurley Fleet Department. Each store's team did an amazing job, but our trusty Fleet Department pulled out the win!! Until next year....

All of us here at McCurley Dealerships were blessed with a great year and are determined to meet even more wonderful people and continue providing them exceptional service and customer satisfaction! Our New Years Reslolution for 2012 is to make our day to day interactions with our clients and customers above exceptional and make sure every person who walks into our serivce, sales or parts departments is greeted with a smile and treated like a friend.
